Shareholder Information

KDD - Centralna klirinško depotna družba d.d. - Central Securities Clearing Corporation Inc., maintains central registry of holders of Krka shares. Additionally, KDD maintains services of calculation, offset and fulfilment of settlement obligations arising from stock market trades with Krka shares. For individual investors in Krka shares, KDD offers its services such as book-entry transfer of shares due to inheritance and entry of shareholder personal data changes in the central registry of shareholders.

Entry of individual shareholder personal data changes in the central registry
The personal data changes are entered in the registry based on the written application accompanied by quality photocopy of valid ID document bearing a photo (ID card or passport) in which the relevant changes are evident.

Transfer of shares due to inheritance
The shares are transferred based on submission of original and final decree on inheritance (bearing a court's finality seal) or copy attested by notary public and completed relevant written application. If the inherited shares cannot be divided by the number of heirs, a heir's (heirs') declaration shall be enclosed in which he/she renounces the surplus indivisible number of securities for the benefit of another heir. Krka, as issuer of shares, cannot execute any changes in the Krka shareholder registry (such as entry of shareholder personal data changes and transfer of shares due to inheritance). In accordance with Securities Market Act and Dematerialised Securities Act of the Republic of Slovenia, KDD is exclusively competent for execution of changes in the registry within its principal activity.
