Share information

At the ownership transformation Krka, d. d., Novo mesto issued 3,542,612 ordinary registered shares, which are not divided into classes. There were no later issues of shares. The nominal value of a share is EUR 16.69 (SIT 4,000). During the ownership transformation process different types of shares were issued under various codes, but they were all later attributed a single code.

On 22 December 1998 all Krka's shares started bearing the code KRKG, which is also a valid trading code on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange . Since then all shares are freely transferable and are listed on the segment A of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. You can make a print-out of Krka's share price for any time frame.

The shares are issued in dematerialized form. The record on shareholders and their holdings is kept by the Central Securities Clearing Corporation , Ljubljana.

At the beginning of September 2007 the share split with the ratio of 1 : 10 was executed. Each existing share was split to 10 shares. From 3 September 2007 onwards, the trading with increased number of shares is enabled. Per share information before the split is available here
