Notica of Resolutions Adopted at the 20th Annual General Meeting of Krka

This is to inform the interested public that according to the Management Board’s opinion the resolutions passed at the 20th Annual General Meeting of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto are null since after the conclusion of the meeting the promptness of the convocation of the meeting was doubted thereby providing a possibility of exercising the nullity of resolutions and challenging actions.  

The Management Board shall call another Annual General Meeting immediately.
