• Good business figures for Krka in the first nine months

  Novo mesto, 24 November 2005 – At a press conference held today the Krka Management Board presented the business figures for the period January – September 2005. Jože Colarič, President of the Management Board and Chief Executive said that both Krka company and Krka Group Krka have performed very well, with the sales and profit exceeding the results of the same period last year.

  Novo mesto, 28 October 2005 – Today a ceremony is held at the “Janez Trdina” Cultural Centre in Novo to accompany the presentation of 35th successive Krka Prizes. This year 47 young researchers are awarded. Over the past 35 years, Krka has presented a total of 2099 awards to the youth.
  
• Nine-month sales results of Krka Group and Krka, d.d., Novo mesto

  Novo mesto, 10 October 2005 - This year sales performance trends continue. In the first nine months of 2005, the Krka company sales grew 17% and Krka Group sales 16% compared to the same period last year.
  
• Good half-year business figures for Krka

  Otočec, 25 August 2005 – At a press conference held at Hotel Grad Otočec, the Krka Management Board presented its business results for the first six months of the year. Jože Colarič, President of the Management Board and Chief Executive of the company said that Krka has performed very well. Krka Group sales exceeded last year’s results for the same period by 13 percent, and Krka company sales were up 14 percent. Total company profits stand at SIT 13.7 billion, an increase of 42 percent, with net profits of SIT 10.4 billion, which is an increase of 31 percent on the same period last year.
  
• Semi-annual sales results in accordance with the set plans

  For the first half of 2005, Krka group sales were SIT 65.8 billion and Krka company sales were SIT 58.8 billion.
  
• Krka donates 34 defibrillators
  15 June 2005
  Ljubljana, 15 June 2005 – Today Krka presented, together with the Resuscitation Council, 16 semi-automatic and 18 automatic defibrillators – devices designed to stop life threatening heart rhythm disorders in cardiac arrest. An electric shock helps restore normal heartbeat. The most frequent cause of such heart arrest is acute coronary syndrome. Remote health care centres and stations will be equipped with semi-automatic devices, whereas public places frequented by a large number of people will be equipped with automatic devices. The value of the project amounts to 25 million SIT.
  
• Krka‘s recognitions

  Otočec, 27 May 2005 – Today Krka holds a gala celebration event at the Otočec Castle giving recognition for their contribution to work-service jubilee celebrants, to those who have been selected the best employees and the best heads, and to those who put forward, within the last year, useful proposals and improvements.
  
• Krka awards its 133rd national vocational qualification today

  Ljutomer, 6 May 2005 – Today Jože Colarič, President of the Management Board and Chief Executive at Krka and Janez Poljanec, Director of the Product Supply and Member of the Management Board awarded 50 Krka employees with the certificates for two national vocational qualifications (NVQ). Thirty operative from the Ljutomer plant were awarded certificates for Process Operator in the pharmaceutical production and 20 workers from the biochemistry division qualified as Process Operator in the production of pharmaceutical active substances. The ceremony was also attended by Prof. Dr. Ivan Svetlik, President of the Scientific Council of the Republic of Slovenia for Vocational and Professional Education.
  
• Krka's business performance in the first trimester

  Novo Mesto, 11 April 2005 – In the first trimester of this year the Krka Group generated SIT 31.6 billion in sales revenues. Sales by the Krka public limited company raised just over SIT 30 billion over the same period, realising 28 per cent of the annual plan.
  
• Krka wins award for Bilobil capsules in Poland

  Krka received the prestigious Pharmacy World – Product of the Year 2005 award for its Bilobil capsules.
  
• Krka acquires the HACCP certificate
  21 February 2005
  Novo mesto, 3 February 2005 – Krka has acquired the HACCP Certificate (Codex Alimentarius: 1997) for the development, production and sales of food supplements, food products for special nutritional purposes, feed additives, premixes and supplementary compound feedingstuffs and for catering services in the company canteen.
