• Krka completes the construction of a new injection plant

  Novo mesto, 18 December 2007 – Today Krka opens a new part of the injection plant. The investment worth EUR 15.5 million has thus increased the capacity for injection manufacturing by 30 %.
  
• Krka winner of the 2007 portal prize – Ljubljana Stock Exchange award for best investor relations

  Krka, d. d., Novo mesto received on Wednesday, 12 December 2007, the 2007 portal prize. Level two assessment process for the portal prize has drawn to an end and considering all the assessment criteria, it was Krka that proved most convincing among all the shortlisted official market issuers. President of the Krka Management Board Jože Colarič accepted the award from Marko Simoneti, President of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Management Board, at the New Year’s gathering of the capital market participants’ senior management.
  
• Krka receives the Award of the Republic of Slovenia for Business Excellence

  On 5 December Krka received the Award of the Republic of Slovenia for Business Excellence (PRSPO) for 2007. Andrej Vizjak, Minister of the Economy has awarded this highest national recognition of the Republic of Slovenia in the field of quality, on behalf of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, to Mr. Jože Colarič, President of the Management Board and Chief Executive of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto who has underlined that this award goes to all Krka employees for their contribution to business excellence, while it is also a commitment that Krka keeps reaching excellent results in all spheres of its operations also in the future.
  
• Krka Acquired TAD Pharma GmbH
  09 November 2007
  Novo mesto, Cuxhaven, 9 November 2007 – Krka, d. d., Novo mesto (Krka) signed on 8 November 2007 an agreement with PHW Group for the acquisition of TAD Pharma GmbH in an all-cash transaction valued at EUR 97 million. The transaction will be funded using a combination of Krka’s cash on hand, current financial assets and committed credit facilities.
  
• Krka business results for January-September 2007

  Novo mesto, 9 November 2007 – The Management Board of the Krka public limited company (the Krka Company) today held a press conference to present the business results of the Krka Group and Krka Company for the January-September 2007 period, which have also discussed by the Supervisory Board. The CEO and President of the Management Board Jože Colarič announced that the results were good for both the Krka Group and the Krka Company. The Krka Group recorded sales worth 570.9 million EUR (14% growth on the same period last year), and net profits of 98.0 million EUR (23% growth).
  
• Krka, the prize winner of „2007 IR Magazine Continental Europe Award”

  Novo mesto, 29 October 2007 – at this year's presentation of “IR Magazine Continental Europe Awards” in Paris, Krka, d. d., Novo mesto won the award for best investor relations among the Slovene companies.
  
• Krka's Half-Year Business Results

  Novo mesto, 1 August 2007 ― The Management Board of the Krka public limited company today held a press conference to present the business results of the Krka Company and Krka Group for the first half of 2007, which were also discussed by the Supervisory Board at its meeting yesterday. The CEO and President of the Management Board Jože Colarič announced that the results were good for both the Krka Company and Krka Group. The Group’s sales in the first half of 2007 reached 392.5 million EUR (14% growth compared to the same period last year), and the net profit was 68.2 million EUR (31% growth).
  
• Twelfth Krka Annual General Meeting
  05 July 2007
  Otočec, 5 July 2007 – The twelfth Annual General Meeting of Krka d.d., Novo mesto took place at 13.00 today at Hotel Šport in Otočec. The shareholders present represented 36,76% of equity. This year the share dividend was set at € 8 gross per share.
  
• Krka is opening Sinteza 4 – a new plant for the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients

  Novo mesto, 12 June 2007 – Tomorrow at noon, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia Janez Janša and Krka's President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Jože Colarič will officially open Sinteza 4, the new plant for the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients. The investment worth over 80 million euros ensures Krka to manage the entire process from research to raw material production, up to the finished product, and to manufacture active ingredients for products that will in the coming five to ten years represent Krka's most perspective sales range. The new plant will employ 60 new employees.
  
• Sales growth on markets outside Slovenia increases Krka’s profits

  Novo mesto, 17 May 2007 – In the first three months of this year the Krka Company and the Krka Group operated successfully, and business results were better than for the first quarter of last year. The net profit for the Krka Group was EUR 38.1 million (30% growth), and EUR 34.5 million (17% growth) for the Krka Company. The major factor affecting the positive results for the Group and Company was the increase in business on markets outside Slovenia. The quarterly results were discussed at yesterday’s meeting of the Krka Supervisory Board.

• Good sales performance of Krka
  06 April 2007
  Novo mesto, 5 April 2007 – At today’s press conference the President of the Management Board and Chief Executive presented, along with his colleagues, the first quarter 2007 sales results for the Krka Company and the Krka Group. The Krka Group sold products and services worth EUR 204.6 million, while sales of the Krka Company totalled EUR 182.6 million.
  
• 52 devices for 24-hour blood pressure monitoring donated by Krka to mark the World Health Day

  Novo mesto, 5 April 2007 – Today Krka makes a donation to Slovenian health care institutions of 52 devices for 24-hour blood pressure monitoring. With this donation worth, together with planned training of the medical staff about method performance and reading of results, EUR 100,000, Krka will importantly contribute to improving the quality of follow up and treatment of patients with high blood pressure. Jože Colarič, President of the Management Board and Chief Executive underlines that Krka gladly responded to the initiative of the Slovene Family Medicine Society, since the company’s primary mission is putting care for people’s health and quality of life in first place. Krka is aware of its social responsibility and strives to contribute, through donations, to the development of medical care.
  
• Krka’s business performance in 2006

  Novo mesto, 25 January 2007 – At today’s press conference the Krka Management Board presented estimated non-audited business results for Krka Company for the year 2006, which were also discussed and evaluated as most successful by the Company’s Supervisory Board at their yesterday’s meeting. Jože Colarič, President of the Management Board said that the sales of products and services of the Krka company, which has been recording, since the beginning of this year, additional share price growth, were at EUR 586.1 million (SIT 140.5 billion), which is a 20% increase over 2005. The Krka company’s net profit at the level of EUR 113.0 million (SIT 27.1 billion), growing 21% over the previous year. The Krka Group sales also grew by 20% and amount to EUR 667.4 million (SIT 160.0 billion), while group net profit will, according to the first estimates, not substantially differ from the Krka company’s net profit. The profit of the Krka Group will be published at the beginning of March.
