Krka’s core business is development, production and marketing of pharmaceuticals for human use (prescription pharmaceuticals and self medication products), animal health products and cosmetic products. Furthermore, Krka also offers health & tourism services trough its subsidiary Terme Krka.

Krka is listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange in Slovenia.
