Product Manager


Key responsibilities:


• Present and promote Krka’s products and Krka at a high expert level, with effective marketing skills
• Propose, prepare and develop marketing strategies and tactics for products and ensure their implementation through regular controls and evaluations
• Propose, plan and prepare marketing activities for products and ensure their implementation through regular controls and evaluations
• Propose, plan and prepare promotional materials based on materials prepared in Headquarters, adjusted according to the local situation and needs
• Cooperate with suppliers in marketing activities, advertising, production of promotional materials and tools for the best economical interest of Krka
• Prepare and provide educational materials, trainings and seminars related with a product and product marketing for field force employees taking into account rational consumption of all resources
• Establish, develop and maintain good contacts with the leading personalities in the therapeutic field through regular individual visits
• Use all available data for the evaluation of marketing strategy, tactics and performance of marketing activities and decision taking
• Ensure rational use of promotional resources (financial and material) within the approved budget to achieve optimal results in an economical way and with optimal efficiency

The ideal candidate will have:


• Experiences with work as a Medical or Sales Representative
• Desired also experiences with work of a Product Manager, preferably in Pharmaceutical (generic) industry
• University degree of education or higher professional degree of education in one of the following fields: pharmacy, chemistry, economics,  medicine, veterinary medicine, other natural sciences, other social sciences
• User level of PC skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of marketing tools
• Creativity, flexibility, independence
• Willingness for further professional development in product management and marketing activities
• Goal and team orientation and dynamic personality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Capability of establishing and maintaining relationships with important clients
• Communicative level of English (both spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel abroad
• No Criminal Record
