Key responsibilities:

  • Managing suppliers master data, contracts, purchase orders and related supporting documentation, tender documentation,
  • Managing supplier contract register, sponsorship contracts.
  • Controlling of business documentation.
  • Preparation of various analyses, reports and providing data for planning and estimations for the Management of the Company and Headquarter.
  • Preparation of marketing related reports to the local authorities.

The candidate should have:

  • Bachelor or higher university degree in Economy, Finance, Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting or Controlling.
  • Excellent knowledge of Czech language.
  • Very good spoken and written English.
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Excel).
  • Experience with accounting software (Navision/Business Central, SAP,..) is an advantage.
