Best investor relations award

At the investment conference organised by the Ljubljana and Zagreb Stock Exchanges, Krka won the best investor relations award of all listed companies on the Ljubljana stock exchange for the fourth time in a row.

The conference took place on 5 December 2023 at the Grand Hotel Union, Ljubljana, Slovenia. Upon the receipt, Bratož pointed out that our efforts to maintain close and fair relations with our shareholders, investors, and analysts were recognised: ‘We strive for transparent and uniform information on significant business events and performance results of the Krka Group for the investment community and clear communication of our business story.’

Krka’s share is often the first entry point for domestic and foreign investors on the Slovenian capital market, so we are aware of our responsibility for the development of this market. We also acknowledge our responsibility towards the investors in Krka’s shares, not only the 47,000-plus existing ones, but also all the prospective shareholders.
