During world health day we wish everyone to stay healthy

As the world strives to bring down the number of infections with the novel coronavirus, this year’s World Health Day is dedicated to nurses and midwives. Their hard work and the work of other health care workers is especially noteworthy during this crisis, which is why we are taking this opportunity to express our gratitude to them.
Respecting the preventive measures, particularly social distancing, is vital during this pandemic, as it will take the pressure off health care workers. Krka has taken a number of health-related and organizational measures to protect the health of its personnel and ensure business continuity. Every day almost half of Krka workforce perform their work even in these difficult circumstances, which allows 50 million patients around the world to obtain the medicines they need. The majority of them work in the areas of production, quality control and supply chain, but also in other areas essential for our operations.
Our vertically integrated business model, which allows us to manage the entire journey of our products, has proved to be the right choice once again. Our research, quality control, well-organized supply chain, numerous production capabilities, marketing-sales activities and support activities allow us to cover a broad range of processes and activities at the global level also during these circumstances.
On World Health Day, Krka employees extend their gratitude to health care workers, especially nurses and midwives, wishing everyone to stay healthy.
