Krka Honoured with Best Investor Relations Award for Another Year

The Ljubljana and Zagreb Stock Exchanges organised an investor conference and for the sixth time honoured Krka of all companies listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange with the Best Investor Relations Award for most exemplary communication with shareholders.

The conference was held at the Grand Plaza Hotel in Ljubljana on 27 November 2025. When colleting the award, Member of the Management Board David Bratož maintained: ‘We are greatly honoured to have received the Best Investor Relations Award from the Ljubljana Stock Exchange for several consecutive years. We are delighted to witness a surge of optimism on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and a significant increase in share trading liquidity this year. We believe they reflect joint efforts of all listed companies and the Ljubljana Stock Exchange to present attractive investment opportunities of the Slovenian capital market to investors. The award confirms that our commitment to maintaining close and transparent relationships with investors and analysts is recognised. We would like to thank the Ljubljana Stock Exchange for fostering healthy competition among issuers and promoting best practices and the development of investor relations in the Slovenian capital market through this award category.’
