Business excellence at Krka reflects a long-term commitment to achieving results that create lasting value for employees, customers, shareholders, and the wider community.

In the Slovenian Business Excellence survey conducted in 2025 by the Ninamedia agency, Krka ranked first among 54 companies included in the survey, both among the business community and the general public. Respondents from the business sector (1,000 participants) and the general public (2,000 participants) assessed how strongly individual indicators applied to each company. Twenty indicators were evaluated in total, organised into four key categories: company visibility, performance, reputation, and sustainability. Krka received above‑average scores in all categories. All twenty indicators further confirm that Krka’s top ranking in both target groups is the result of a strong and positive reception of the company in the Slovenian market, demonstrated through above-average familiarity with the company and leading evaluation scores. According to both surveyed groups, Krka achieved the highest overall excellence index.
Most reputable and recognisable company management
Jože Colarič, President of the Management Board and CEO, has for many years been rated the most reputable and most recognisable manager in Slovenia, further strengthening Krka’s corporate reputation. This year’s survey once again confirmed that his leadership and personal reputation significantly influence public perception of the company as a whole.
