Krka was awarded the TOP investor in learning and development Certificate, reaffirming our commitment to invest in employee education and development. For several years, we have ranked among the most progressive and innovative companies in this field, with results that significantly exceed the Slovenian and European average, as well as those of other certificate holders.

The average training hours per employee is 12.61 hours in Slovenia, 12.53 hours in Europe, and 30.21 hours among certificate holders, while at Krka it reaches an impressive 43.8 hours.
