At Krka, we take a structured approach to leadership development through training and knowledge-sharing. Our International Leadership School offers a comprehensive programme designed to foster strategic thinking, effective communication, key leadership competencies, and a coaching mindset.

This year, the 21st generation of Krka employees from 16 countries successfully completed the programme. Over the past two decades, 462 colleagues have earned their certificates.
