We observe World Water Day on 22 March annually, and highlight another theme every time to draw attention of the general public to relevant and pressing issues surrounding water. Accompanied by various events and activities in the world, this World Water Day is about solving the water and sanitation crisis.

Krka released the 2022 unaudited financial statements of the Krka Group and the controlling company Krka, d. d., Novo mesto today. The report was published on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange website after being discussed by the company’s Supervisory Board at their meeting yesterday. The Krka Group revenue in 2022 totalled €1,717.5 million, up 10% on 2021, the highest since incorporation. The Krka Group’s unaudited net profit was €363.7 million, an increase by €55.5 million year-over-year, or 18%, i.e. also the highest so far. The 2022 Annual Report is being released on Thursday, 13 April 2023.

Novo mesto, 26 January 2023 – The Management Board of Krka, d. d. held a press conference today to present the Krka Group 2022 preliminary unaudited performance estimate, which the Supervisory Board discussed at their meeting yesterday. The Krka Group generated €1,717.5 million of revenue last year, up 10% on 2021. According to preliminary unaudited financial statement estimates, the Krka Group’s net profit totalled €361.1 million, up 17% on 2021. The Krka Group and Krka 2022 unaudited financial statements will be released on Thursday, 16 March 2023.

The Slovenian business daily Finance held the 23rd contest for the best annual report, giving Krka the highest award in the category of large companies.

Novo mesto, 17 November 2022 - In the nine months to September 2022, Krka Group revenue amounted to €1,242.2 million, up 6% year on year, resulting in €301.7 million of net profit, a 26% year-on-year increase. The Krka Supervisory Board discussed the January to September 2022 interim report for the Krka Group and Krka, d. d., at its regular meeting yesterday.
