As the Head of Finance and Accounting of Krka Latvia, my role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities. At the core, I am responsible for financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, and ensuring financial compliance.

When I joined Krka Latvia in 2012, it was functioning as a representative office. One of my initial responsibilities was to transition the fully operational unit into a new, more intricate legal structure. This involved implementing comprehensive procedures and processes in the areas of accounting, finance, and legal affairs that would not only satisfy the needs of all stakeholders but also ensure minimal disruption to daily activities.

Krka is known for its dynamic nature and relentless pursuit of improvement. In such an environment, it is essential to stay on the move by expanding your knowledge. Regular upgrades and continuous learning are paramount to remaining competitive and providing the best possible support to the company.
