My career in Krka began 10 years ago when I took over the management of the sales office in Poland. After my first job in a start-up company, a whole new world opened up for me in Krka.

After completing my doctorate in pharmaceutical analytics, I was looking for a varied job in quality management in a medium-sized pharmaceutical company with an excellent reputation, good and numerous development opportunities, and a location directly on the North Sea. Sounds like too much to ask?

Immediately after graduating from vocational secondary school in chemistry, I got a job at Krka as an operator-washer on the infusion solution filling line. My co-workers at the plant had a wealth of knowledge and experience. They were my role models.

The job of a development technologist requires the right amount of responsibility, creativity and boldness. It certainly allows you to reach your potential and, with the many training courses in Krka and elsewhere, to surpass it. A reliable, cohesive and ambitious working environment plays a key role in this.

Conducting laboratory experiments is just one piece of the puzzle in the development of a multilevel chemical synthesis of the active pharmaceutical ingredient.

I had never worked in a large corporate environment before, so I was faced with a lot of new tasks, systems and challenges. Krka gave me an opportunity to learn about enterprise IT solutions and thus to further train myself and expand my knowledge in both my own and related areas.

No two days are the same. We could be finalising the procedures for starting a new subsidiary on a Monday, and faced with adjusting to a new situation in the country on a Tuesday. In Supply Chain Planning, no day is the same – our daily activities are tightly intertwined with the activities of other organisational units. Our department is an excellent place to get to know better the functioning of the company at home and abroad.

Over the course of my career at Krka I have acquired new skills and experience. I work in a multinational team in which trust and cooperation are a cornerstone. As a subsidiary manager, I face market challenges on a daily basis, yet Krka’s dynamic business environment always allows me to find the right solution.

As a regulatory manager at Krka Bulgaria, I have chosen a career path that combines my passion for excellence and my interest and knowledge in regulatory affairs.

Over the course of a year my mentor introduced me to the work environment and gave me a solid foundation for my career. Even as I was just familiarising myself with the process, I noticed that my colleagues had a very upbeat attitude – they showed a great deal of mutual respect and willingness to cooperate with one another.

My career at Krka Poland started soon after obtaining my degree in engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology. My first job interview was at Krka and I thought to myself that I just had to work there. A few days later I got the call and was ecstatic.

We work with external partners to plan and carry out our studies. Apart from professional knowledge and good communication, the key to carrying out a successful study is taking the cultural differences between Europe, Russia, North America and other parts of the world into account.

We use state-of-the-art equipment for multi-analytical methods that allow us to monitor chemical processes.

I work in the field of contractual cooperation. Every day sees me communicating with numerous contractual partners from various parts of the world. My routine is very dynamic, as I face new challenges and navigate different cultures and customs on a daily basis.
