My career at Krka Poland started soon after obtaining my degree in engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology. My first job interview was at Krka and I thought to myself that I just had to work there. A few days later I got the call and was ecstatic.

The first few days went by really fast because of all the knowledge I was gathering. My colleagues helped me a lot and I soon got a feel for my duties. As Control Engineer, I am responsible mainly for HVAC, purified water, compressed air and SCADA systems. There is also a lot of work including carrying out calibrations of installed sensors that measure GMP parameters. I find it to be one of the most interesting and satisfying activities. Recently I was promoted to Acting Deputy Head of Technical Services. Every new opportunity motivates me and now my main goal is to gain experience in the field of management.
