My career path at Krka has been very exciting. I started out in the Marketing department, where I was part of the team tasked with implementing the CRM system in the parent company and subsidiaries abroad. Six years later, I joined the Information Technology department.

My work mainly comprises rolling out new solutions across the IT infrastructure at Krka’s subsidiaries and representative offices abroad, and upgrading these solutions. A sound knowledge and understanding of my field of work and cordial relationships with my co-workers are key to effective communication with all departments that use our IT infrastructure.

Krka is a flexible and dynamic company, and the work done by our department is a prime example of this. I enjoy the challenge of working in the IT department where I get to roll out and use the most advanced technologies available. Krka’s IT department is like a big international well-functioning family.

The company provides everyone with the opportunity for continuous professional development with the aim to upskilling in our field of expertise. In addition, some of the learning modules we attend are focused on personal growth and can be beneficial in our personal lives.
