When I started working at Krka fifteen years ago, the company had been making its firsts steps in the Portuguese market that was already a well-established generic market. Today, I can proudly say that we became a very successful team with the incredible work of all team members.

I started my career at Krka as a pharmaceutical representative. Our first great challenge was how to succeed in an already established competitive market and how to present Krka to our key target groups. We started achieving small victories, gaining first clients and placing first products on the shelves of pharmacies. I was soon promoted to district manager and later to head of district managers and have held this position for more than 10 years.

Due to all the success, my days are very busy, but at the same time very easy because the team I work with is excellent. What motivates me the most is achieving constant growth in sales and helping my coworkers reach their full potential. 

My case, as well as that of my coworkers, proves that Krka provides numerous career development opportunities. Krka has always supported me to develop my career every step of the way, so I feel it is also my responsibility to support those I work with by imparting the same knowledge I received from Krka to them.
