Head of Quality Management, TAD Pharma GmbH, Germany

After completing my doctorate in pharmaceutical analytics, I was looking for a varied job in quality management in a medium-sized pharmaceutical company with an excellent reputation, good and numerous development opportunities, and a location directly on the North Sea. Sounds like too much to ask? I found this and a lot more at Krka’s subsidiary TAD Pharma GmbH in Cuxhaven, Germany!  

Starting in Quality Assurance at TAD in 2008, over time I became a Qualified Person, Head of Quality Assurance, and now lead the Quality Management Department, which consists of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

Working in quality management at one of Krka’s subsidiaries offers me the best of both worlds – on site there are short lines of communication, an incredibly varied daily work routine within a fantastic team, and at the same time, working with the highly motivated, helpful and extremely well-trained colleagues from the parent company and the other subsidiaries gives me the opportunity to benefit from a gigantic think tank on an international level. 

This cooperation, locally and around the world, together with the opportunity to challenge myself every day to find creative and tailored solutions to the many challenges we face, is what excites me and keeps me motivated. Ensuring the quality of our medicines by providing and constantly improving safe and efficient processes has become my passion.
