During my journey at Krka, I have faced many changes, victories, and downfalls, but it is precisely that which motivates me – change. I have a passion for exploring creative ideas and taking on new challenges. As Heraclitus famously said: “Change is the only constant in life,” and I wholeheartedly agree.

I began my career at Krka more than 15 year ago as a Medical Representative; after one year, I challenged myself to apply for the position of Brand Manager. I was given the challenge to launch the product Doreta in just two weeks. It was a tremendous success, and I felt grateful for being given the opportunity to prove myself. After five years, I was appointed Head of Brand Management and more recently, Deputy Director of Krka Slovakia, where I contribute to the achievement of the company’s goals by utilizing my strengths – flexibility, optimism and creativity.

As technology continues to advance, I remain open-minded and eager to learn new things. I have always been an early adopter of modern and digital technologies, which have helped me stay ahead of the curve in a fast-paced industry.

I feel incredibly proud to be part of Krka, a company that values personal growth, innovative thinking, and dedication. I am looking forward to continuing my journey and making a positive impact in the pharmaceutical industry, while keeping an eye on new technologies that could help us achieve even greater success.
